Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and ReelForge (“ReelForge”, “we”, “us”) and govern your use of reelforge.aiskillhub.info and the services offered there, including automated demo-video rendering and our done-for-you service (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, rendering a video or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it to these Terms.

1. The Service

ReelForge opens a web address you provide in an automated browser, performs the steps you describe, records the screen, generates a voice-over from your step descriptions using neural text-to-speech, and produces an MP4 video. Rendering depends on the target website being reachable and behaving as your steps expect; websites change, block automated browsers or load slowly, so we cannot guarantee that every render will succeed.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@aiskillhub.info if you suspect unauthorised use.
  • One person or organisation may not create multiple free accounts to get around plan limits.

3. Plans, billing and cancellation

  • The Free plan costs nothing and has the limits shown on our pricing page. Paid plans are Pro (US$19 per month) and Studio (US$49 per month), charged in US dollars.
  • Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically at the start of each billing period until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your payment method.
  • You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep paid features until then and will not be charged again.
  • Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Monthly allowances (such as demo videos per month) reset each billing period and do not roll over.
  • Prices exclude any taxes your jurisdiction requires, which may be added at checkout. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; changes apply from your next billing period, and you can cancel before then.
  • The done-for-you service is a one-time purchase quoted and confirmed by email before you pay.

4. Acceptable use

You may only use the Service lawfully and responsibly. In particular, you agree that you will:

  • only record websites and applications you own or are authorised to access and record;
  • only enter credentials for accounts you are entitled to use — never another person's credentials — and preferably use dedicated demo or test accounts;
  • not use the Service to create or distribute illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, hateful or harassing content, malware, or content that violates anyone's privacy;
  • not use the Service to attack, scan, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to any system, or to bypass CAPTCHAs, paywalls or other access controls;
  • not attempt to reach private, internal or local network addresses through the Service — we block these, and attempts to circumvent the block are a breach of these Terms;
  • not probe, reverse engineer or interfere with the Service, or circumvent plan limits, rate limits or security measures;
  • not resell or provide the Service to third parties as a standalone product without our written permission.

We may refuse, stop or delete any render, and suspend or terminate accounts, that we reasonably believe breach these Terms or put the Service, other users or third parties at risk.

5. Your content

  • You keep all rights in the URLs, steps and other material you submit, and in the videos rendered from them (“Your Content”). You may use your videos for any lawful purpose, including commercially.
  • You grant us a limited licence to process Your Content only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service.
  • You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights needed to record and publish what appears in your videos. Free-plan videos include a ReelForge intro card and watermark, which you must not remove.
  • Rendered videos are stored for 7 days and then permanently deleted. Download anything you want to keep — we are not responsible for videos after they have been deleted.

6. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, ReelForge name and logo, belongs to us and our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights in them except the right to use the Service as described here. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Renders are processed in a queue and times vary with load. We may change, add or remove features; if we make a change that materially reduces a paid plan, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel.

8. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of narration and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReelForge will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim and (b) US$50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify ReelForge against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from Your Content or your breach of these Terms, including recording a website you were not authorised to record.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service; if we discontinue a paid plan without cause, we will refund any prepaid amount for the unused period. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 5, 6, 8, 9, 10 and 12) will survive.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal proceeding, please contact us at support@aiskillhub.info so we can try to resolve the issue informally within 30 days. Subject to that, the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms. If you are a consumer, you also keep any mandatory protections given by the laws of the country where you live.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, email account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
